Everyone having arrived early at our New Bedford Whaling Museum rendezvous, and having been wished bon voyage by the museum's executive director, James Russell, we departed for Boston's Logan Airport fifteen minutes ahead of schedule.
Less than five minutes later it started to rain. We hoped it was not a harbinger of things to come, but the coming week's forecast for Iceland calls for rain every day.
